Turns out...

I am original. Unlike abbie I am unable to blog for thirty days straight. So instead I will ATTEMPT to blog.... often. 

So the next few blogs will most about, what else, The Wedding (notice the capitalization) and other events relating.

First, the bachelorette party:

I was really really really excited for my sister and the fact that she asked me to be the maid-of-honor. So I took it upon myself to throw a trashy PG-13 boarder line R rated bachelorette party.  And boy was it all that I could have hoped for AND more. It was too fun. Seriously. Like a blast. The day began with pedicures and ended with a trip to the bowling alley. Innocent you say? Uh, no, I say. Unfortunately I have no pictures to prove it (sorry erin) but I will hopefully have some to post soon. (again, sorry erin)

I'm not original

So my (step, half, cute, fun) sister abbie is doing a blog-a-day for thirty days. So I am going to copy her! Day 1... check!

Wimbledon

Just call me venus and serena's long lost sister...

Today I began my first day of tennis lessons with my friends Mallory and Caitlyn. I would recommend picking up tennis to anyone. In this lesson we learned how to front hand (is that what it's called cat?) the ball and play queen of the court. I was queen twice, so exhilarating. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Can't stop thinkin' 'bout you

I'm in love...

or rather, I'm obsessed. Like literally. 

For those of you who know me or have been around me any time within the past three months you know I cannot stop talking about getting a bike. When asked what is wrong, my usual reply is simply, bike. When curtis asks what I want for dinner I say, bike. I dream about bikes. I get upset when I see people on bikes (that is no joke, I sometimes find myself getting teary-eyed). I get headaches thinking about which bike would be my perfect fit. Well my headache subsided when I saw this little beauty strolling with an undeserving girl. 

 

I trust all of you to not steal this bike from me. I must save my whole life to buy it. I give permission only to lindey who helped me find out where I could purchase.

My Sister The Bridal

This last Tuesday my sister, my mom, and I made the trip up to Sugarhouse for my sisters bridals. I only teared up once and the rest of the time it was all business. Being the maid of honor it was naturally my responsibility to make sure the bride looked her best at all times. And believe me, I performed. Or rather, she performed. She looked GORGEOUS! She even looked great in the pictures I snagged with my digital camera. 

Below is me preforming my maid of honor duties. Protecting the dress from the dirty floor and holding the boquet. 

That's the most you'll see of the bride on this blog. I am trying to respect Tyler's (erika's fiance) wishes to not see erika in her dress until the day of. So I'll post pictures of my mom and me. :)

All in all the day was successful. I'm ready for a wedding!
